		<description>I agree Bharat, Knowing thyself is so important. For me knowing myself is to understand my strengths, weaknesses, looking at my actions &amp; thoughts, in an objective way and most importantly accepting them. 

To say it&#039;s easy, but to objectively look at them especially thoughts without getting &quot;caught in&quot; takes a lot of time, commitment and patience.</description>
