For me knowing myself is to understand my strengths, weaknesses, looking at my actions & thoughts, in an objective way and most importantly accepting them. To say it's easy, but to objectively look at them especially thoughts without getting "caught in" takes a lot of time, commitment and patience. I agree Bharat, Knowing thyself is so important.
